Ahoy there! After a less than mild winter we hope you are looking forward to a nice HOT summer. We are crossing our fingers.
SEASONAL REMINDERS:SAFETY CHECK – Safety is our top priority! Our annual safety checks ensure your vessel is equipped with all mandatory safety gear. Please remember that flares expire every three years. If your safety equipment spent the winter off-site, give us a quick heads-up to avoid replacements.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING PROGRAM – For your convenience, we’ve added a clearly marked recycling bin alongside our existing “bear-safe” garbage bins. This program is convenient, accessible 24/7, and open to all customers who join. Due to rising disposal costs, the fee is now $200 per year, billed annually. To keep the marina clean and safe for everyone, please ensure all garbage and recycling is properly disposed of in our bins—our furry friends appreciate your it!
MARINE ACCESSORIES & WATER TOYS – Check your boat upon arrival for our latest marine accessories catalog, or browse our online e-catalog at ParrySoundMarine.com. Need something special? Call or email us, and we’ll arrange next-day delivery on many popular items and toys.
CAR PARKING – Each dock slip includes ONE transferable parking pass for use in our lower-level lot. Additional vehicles must register at the office for a $15 parking pass (including HST). Guest parking is located on the hill behind our Store. Your seasonal parking pass will be included with your statement and can be used interchangeably between vehicles. Guests arriving after hours can purchase passes in advance, available for pickup at the office or our mailbox.
PAYMENT – we accept a number of forms of payment.
- Email money transfer: please make payment to info@parrysoundmarine.com.
- Cash, Credit Card or Cheque – please make cheques payable to Parry Sound Marine.
- Automatic Credit card – Monthly statements will be sent at the beginning of the month and the credit card transaction will take place on the 15th. Should you have questions upon receipt of your statement, please call prior to the middle of the month. If you would like to choose this option, pop in the office to sign up. Please note, credit cards expire – keep us updated.
- Payment is required within 30 days. Overdue accounts will be charged 2.0% per month.
INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION & EXTRA KEYS – Remember to provide us with a copy of your insurance renewal and leave a spare key at our office. A key on our board is helpful incase yours is left on your kitchen table at home!
DRIVE SAFE – MARINA SAFETY ALERT – For everyone’s safety, please drive slowly and attentively throughout the marina. We often have children, pets and marina equipment moving around !
JOIN OUR CLEAN MARINE EFFORTS – We’re committed to the Boating Ontario Clean Marine Program, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices. As a Diamond Member, we hope you will help us maintain these standards, please note:transporting gasoline in portable cans within the marina is strictly prohibited. Refuelling should always be done at our fuel dock in line with regulations and safety procedures.FIRE & ICE – We’re now selling bags of ice at the marina. Perfect for keeping your coolers stocked on hot days. This summer, we’ll also be selling firewood to see how popular it is with our customers, so let us know if it’s something you’d like to see offered regularly!
